Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and check/money orders. We do accept Purchase Orders with limitations (please read PO terms and conditions). Sorry, we no longer accept Paypal. We are not responsible for delays due to declined credit cards, or waiting for a check/money order to clear. Since our products are custom; orders will not be produced or shipped until payment is received and cleared. We reserve the right hold and verify an order should the billing address not match the address on the credit card. This policy is designed to help protect consumers from fraud. You must be of the age 18 or older and be the person who's name is tied to the payment method. If you are not you must present to us written consent of the person's information you are using. Due to the WristbandsNow optimized production process, we will not be able to accept changes to orders once they are placed in production. Please be sure to verify your order before you place it! This measure is in place to provide you the best service, quality, and turnaround.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Free shipping is available on orders of 60 silicone wristbands or more; shipping to destinations within the United States only. We do provide alternate shipping options, including but not limited to, 2nd Day Air and Overnight. These services are available for an additional charge. The costs are displayed on the checkout page after you enter your shipping information. Below you will find a list of available options for domestic orders with delivery times that are guaranteed by FedEx only: (Note: These times do not include production times. See our pricing page for more details. To upgrade production you must call and pay a Rush service fee.)
· USPS First Class Mail
· USPS Priority Mail (Currently not available)
· FedEx Express Saver: Delivery to businesses by 4:30 p.m. and to residences by 7 p.m., in 3 business days
· FedEx Ground: 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.; 3–7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii
· FedEx 2nd Day Air: By 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences)
· FedEx Standard Overnight: Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 to rural areas

orders will be shipped out with either Direct or Adult Signature
required. Make sure you are shipping to an address where someone can
sign for your order. WristbandsNOW is not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, and/or delayed in shipment. If the customer has multiple orders under the free shipping option WristbandsNOW may consolidate the orders and ship them together; to make it more convenient for us and our customers. For any packages that are returned to us due to insufficient address or incorrect address entered on part of the customer, WristbandsNOW will attempt to contact the customer for another shipping address and shipping charges will apply even if shipping was initially free do to the fact that postage will have to be paid again. The customers credit card may be charged without need for further approval from the customer.
International Shipping Policy
We have made it easy for our international customers to order. WristbandsNow only ships to Canada at this time. We offer the following shipping options:
· USPS Global Priority Mail
· FedEx International Ground
· FedEx International Economy
· FedEx International Priority
There is NO free shipping outside the continental US at this time. WristbandsNow is not responsible for custom delays or other international shipping delays. Estimated arrival dates are available on the checkout page. All FedEX
orders will be shipped out with either Direct or Adult Signature

Shipping prices charged by WristbandsNOW are only for the shipping charge itself; we will not pay for any duties and taxes that may incur. It is the customers duty to pay these fees to the shipping company. If the customer has multiple orders under the free shipping option WristbandsNOW may consolidate the orders and ship them together; to make it more convenient for us and our customers. For any packages that are returned to us due to insufficient address or incorrect address entered on part of the customer, WristbandsNOW will attempt to contact the customer for another shipping address and shipping charges will apply even if shipping was initially free do to the fact that postage will have to be paid again. If you are ordering from somewhere else other then the US or Canada we have made it where you cannot place an order at this time. But if you do happen to be able to place an order, your order will be charged the additional shipping charges. We may, at your convenience, use your free gift option, if applicable, towards the payment of USPS Global Priority Mail. The customers credit card may be charged without need for further approval from the customer.
Production Policy
WristbandsNOW only has production and ships on standard business days and takes all holidays off. The dates listed on our pricing page are only estimates and you must upgrade to Fedex Overnight to receive in about this time. Normal production usually runs around 5 - 10 business days for orders under 300 debossed silicone wristbands plus shipping time. If we run out of the specified color production may be pushed back an additional 15 business days in order to make a new batch of the required color. Orders over 300 debossed silicone wristbands will take around 5 - 25 business days of production plus shipping time. If they are debossed with color fill, embossed, or screen printed production time will be around 25 business days plus shipping time. There are no Rush services on color fill, embossed, or screen printing silicone wristbands at this time. It is the customer's responsibility to let us know, before production begins, of any time restraints on the order by writing us a note in the 'special instructions' box located on the billing page. WristbandsNOW will let the customer know if it is possible and/or if there will be an extra fee involved to make your required deadline. It is up to the customer to check their status on our tracking page for their tracking information and any order updates.
Copyright Policy
WristbandsNow respects the intellectual property of others and as such we reserve the right to refuse orders that contain copyrighted, trademarked, and/or patent protected material. Anyone who would like to include such material on their order must provide WristbandsNow written authorization to do so. WristbandsNow will not be held responsible for any violations of copyright law or otherwise that are a result of an order by a customer without proper authorization. The customer assumes all liability for violations of copyright, patent, and trademark laws. We will notify the customer if an order is put on hold or refused. The customer will be given the option to change the message or be given the option of a full refund. WristbandsNow also respects public decency and reserves the right to refuse orders that contain vulgar and/or obscene material. Orders that are refused will be given the opportunity to change the message or receive a full refund. WristbandsNow is not responsible for delays due to a vulgar/obscene message.
Privacy Policy
WristbandsNow respects the privacy of its customers and website visitors. To that end, we will not share your information with any third-party organizations. Furthermore, we encrypt all financial data during the checkout process by using 128-bit SSL technology. You will see a little padlock in your browser indicating that we are secure. In order to make sure that you see this pad lock be sure to click 'NO' if a question box appears and asks if you want to "View secure and non-secure items together". If you click 'Yes' the site will still be secure you just won't be able to see the pad lock anymore. In addition to the connection being secure, as an added protection to you, we will NOT store your credit card information. Any data and/or financial data that may be stored will be encrypted.
Size & Shape Policy
Due to the uniqueness and the pliability of the silicone in our silicone wristbands, even though they are precision measured from a mold, the sizes may vary from silicone wristband to silicone wristband and batch to batch. If the customer stretches the silicone wristbands too much or too often they may lose their shape and size. From this they may also become more prone to breaking. Please do not overstretch the silicone wristbands and try not to stretch them often. There may also be some extra silicone that is still attached to the sides of the silicone wristbands. This is from the production process and can be removed by the customer if desired. We do not guarantee that the size or shape you see will be the exact size or shape that you may receive. There may be some small parts that come off and/or our silicone wristbands (any product) may present a choking hazard to children or people with disabilities. Please use with care and parental or guardian observation.
Color Policy
Due to the uniqueness of the silicone wristbands, colors may vary from silicone wristband to silicone wristband and batch to batch. WristbandsNow is not responsible for anything that may happen to our bands once they leave our facility, such as subjecting them to harsh conditions or chemicals. Doing so may alter the bands appearance and color. Also, the colors of the silicone wristbands represented on the website may vary depending on the type of monitor you are using. We do not guarantee that the color you see will be the exact color you may receive. On swirl and segmented silicone wristbands some bleeding may occur between the colors; as a result some other colors may be present then what is shown.
Artwork Policy
Uploaded artworks and WristbandsNOW clip arts can and may vary from the image that is presented on the screen or from what the customer has uploaded. Due to how the artwork is placed on the silicone wristbands the designs will be altered and adjusted to try and obtain maximum depth. Complicated artwork such as people are not allowed; only simple objects are welcome. The customer must specify where they want their image to go by using our "Special Instructions" box located on the billing page. If there is no instructions left WristbandsNOW will place the object on the silicone wristbands in a place of its discretion. We do not guarantee that the picture you see or upload will be exactly what you receive. Placement of message will be left to WristbandNow's discretion unless customer specifies in the Special Instructions box where (what side or color) they would like that message to go onto. Due to being custom made each silicone wristbands will be unique and will vary in placement and/or orientation. There may be some variations. All artwork and clip art are debossed with no color-fill unless the customer specifies (extra costs will apply) and a minimum order of 300 is required for colorfill, embossed, or screenprinted artwork.
Font & Message Policy
Due to the uniqueness, the pliability, and the ability to burn or melt under a laser of the silicone in our silicone wristbands; when a message is laserd into the silicone wristbands the chosen font may not be as clear as represented on our website or very from band to band. For best results we recommend using the mold production method (min 300 silicone wristbands all same size, shape, color, font, and message). We will not change your font unless the customer specifies what font they want to use by using our "Special Instructions" box located on the billing page. If there are no instructions left WristbandsNOW will use the font that was selected upon placing the order. Do to the cost of buying fonts we do not guarantee that the font you request will be exactly what you receive unless you have emailed us the font file to info@wristbandsnow.com. We will attempt to email the customer that we do not have the font; if no response is heard in 3 calendar days, to get the order to you promptly, we will make the order with the original font the customer selected. WristbandsNOW may, at it's discretion, put the customer's message anywhere on the silicone wristbands unless the customer expresses in the 'Special Instructions' box where (what color or side) they would like to have their message(s) on. Since the silicone wristbands are custom; message placement and/or orientation will vary from silicone wristband to silicone wristband. There may be some variations.All of our wristbands come with our information already embossed on the inside. If you do not want this or to have your own message we can do so at no extra charge; we consider this option a free service not part of your order. If for any reason you request an inside message change and we fail to make it you agree to take the bands as is, as this is a free gift service at our discretion. We will not change any message unless the customer requests us to do so before the 'In Production' period. All fonts are debossed with no color-fill unless the customer specifies (extra costs will apply) and a minimum order of 300 is required for colorfill, embossed, or screenprinted fonts.
Return Policy
Everything we make is custom made to your specifications. We will not accept returns or redo's (at WristbandsNOW's cost) due to incorrect size, color, type, messages, and/or typos entered on an order placed online by the customer. If you would like a redo it will be at the customers cost. For orders & RUSH orders that are taken over the phone, we will verify your messages and information before ending the call and send you an email confirmation. Your order will then be placed in hold status. It is up to the customer to check their email and verify that everything is correct and to write us back if to confirm that everything is correct or either they note an error or fail to receive the confirmation. (These statements apply only for orders that where added or altered by an WristbandsNOW employee. All online orders or copy orders do not require the written verification.) If the customer does not respond WristbandsNOW will not assume that everything is correct and proceed with the order. WristbandsNOW takes no liability for any errors. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to write us if there is any concern before production. Warranty requests must be made within seven (7) calendar days after your order has been shipped. If there was a production error on our part, we will be happy to accept a return and find a solution to remedy the problem. Customer must return the product to us, at their cost, for inspection of the item(s) in question. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM (OUR) PRODUCTS. All sales are final.
A copy of the invoice must be included with your return. At our discretion, we may decline your return or charge you a fee for missing item or items that we determine are not a production error and also for shipping cost. There will be a 15% restocking fee of the full order total for all orders that meet our requirements for a refund or cancellation and at our desecration an additional 15% disposal fee. Some of these materials must be disposed of properly. These charges will be charged to the customer's credit card without need for further approval from the customer.
