Payment Methods
WristbandsNow accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
Discover, checks, and money orders. We cannot be responsible for delays due to a
declined credit card or delays incurred waiting for a check or money order to
clear. Since our wristbands are custom made, orders will not be produced or
shipped until payment is received and cleared. We reserve the right hold and
verify an order should the billing address not match the address on the credit
card. This policy is designed to help protect consumers from potential fraud.
You must be 18 years or older and be the person who's name is tied to the
payment method. If you are not, you must present to us written consent of the
person's information you are using. Please be sure to verify your order
before you place it!
Domestic Shipping PolicyAll FedEX orders will be shipped out with
either Direct or Adult Signature required. Make sure you are shipping to an
address where someone can sign for your order. WristbandsNOW is not responsible
for packages that are lost, damaged, and or delayed in shipment. If the
customer has multiple orders under the free shipping option Wristbands NOW
may consolidate the orders and ship them together. WristbandsNow will attempt
to contact the customer about any packages that are returned to us due to
insufficient address or incorrect address entered on part of the customer.
International Shipping Policy
There is no free shipping outside the continental
US at this time. WristbandsNow is not responsible for custom delays or other
international shipping delays. Estimated arrival dates are available on the
checkout page. Otherwise, all other
shipping policies are the same as the domestic policies listed in the above
domestic shipping policy.
Production Policy
WristbandsNOW production of wristbands and customer shipping is
done on weekdays except for Federal and State holidays. The dates listed on our pricing page are only
estimates and you must upgrade to FedEx Overnight to receive in about this
time. Normal production usually runs around 5 - 9 business days for orders
under 50 debossed silicone wristbands (0.5 inch, 1 inch tall and key-chains) plus shipping time. Orders over 50 debossed silicone wristbands
will take around 6 - 10 business days of production plus shipping time. If they
are debossed with color fill, embossed, or screen printed production time will
be the same, around 6 - 10 business days plus shipping time. There are no Rush services on
color fill, embossed, or screen printing silicone wristbands at this
time. It is the customer's responsibility to let us know, before production
begins, of any time restraints on the order by writing us a note in the
'special instructions' box located on the billing page. WristbandsNOW will let
the customer know if it is possible and/or if there will be an extra fee
involved to make your required deadline. It is up to the customer to check
their status on our tracking page for their tracking information and
any order updates. Due to the WristbandsNow optimized production process, we will
not be able to accept changes to orders once they are placed in production.
Copyright Policy
WristbandsNow respects the intellectual property of others and
as such we reserve the right to refuse orders that contain copyrighted,
trademarked, or patent protected material. Anyone who would like to include
such material on their order must provide Wristbands Now with written
authorization to do so. WristbandsNow will not be held responsible for any
violations of copyright law that are a result of an order placed by a customer
without proper authorization. The customer assumes any and all liability for
violations of copyright, patent, and trademark infringement laws. WristbandsNow
also respects public decency and reserves the right to refuse orders that
contain vulgar and or obscene material. Customers messages are deemed inappropriate
will be given the opportunity to change the message or receive the 85% refund.
WristbandsNow is not responsible for delays due to a vulgar or obscene message.
Privacy Policy
WristbandsNow respects the privacy of its customers and website
visitors. To that end, we may share or sale your information with any
third-party organizations. We reserve the right to use your information
provided by you to contact you for purposes such as promotional events, holiday
coupons, email marketing, and etc. Furthermore, we encrypt all financial data
during the checkout process by using 128-bit SSL technology. Any data and/or
financial data that may be stored will be encrypted.
Size & Shape Policy
Due to the uniqueness and the pliability of the silicone in
our silicone wristbands, the sizes may vary from silicone wristband to
silicone wristband and batch to batch. Constant stretching of the wristbands
may cause them to lose their shape and size. Our silicone wristbands, like most products
could present a choking hazard to children or people with disabilities. Not
recommended for children under 4. Please
use with care and parental discretion.
Font & Message
PolicyDue to the unique properties of silicone, when a message is
laser into the silicone wristbands the chosen font may not be as clear as
represented on our website and also may very slightly from band to band. For
best results, we recommend using the mold production method for your rubber
bracelets (minimum 50 silicone wristbands all same size, shape, color,
font, and message). We will not change your font unless the
customer specifies what font they want to use by using our
"Special Instructions" box located on the billing page. If
there are no specific instructions, Wristbands NOW will use the font that
was selected upon placing the order. Please e mail Wristbands Now at info@wristbandsnow.com
with special instructions regarding your choice of font. Since the rubber wristbands are custom made,
message placement and orientation will vary from wristband to wristband. All of our wristbands come with WristbandsNow
embossed on the inside. If you do not want Wristbands Now on the inside or to
have your own message we can provide that option. We will not change any message unless the
customer requests us to do so before the production' period.
All fonts are debossed on our silicone bracelets with no color-fill
unless the customer specifies that option and meets the minimum order required
for color filled, embossed, or screen printed fonts. Raised art (embossed),
color fill, and silkscreen messages may wear off with time and Wristbands NOW
makes now warranties on life of these wristbands.
Return Policy
We offer refunds on custom orders only if the order is
canceled before production starts. All
wristbands are custom designed and manufactured to the customer’s
specifications. We are unable to accept returns or redo due to incorrect size,
color, type, message, and typos entered on an order placed online by the
customer. If you would like a redo the order it will be at the customers cost.
There is a 7 day warranty period from date of shipment on all rubber
wristbands. Warranties do not apply to items that have been altered by the
customer. There will be a 30% restocking fee of the full order total for all
refunds or cancellations. If the error was the fault of WristbandsNow, we will
issues a full refund once customer returns the wristbands.
